Attention – Judge & Co clients
29 May 2016 Nicolson Accountancy 0
If you were formerly a client of Judge & Co and you receive a penalty notice for Kate filing of any tax, then please let us know immediately.
We have unfortunately come across a huge number of penalties arising due to the failure by Judge & Co to submit tax returns, despite promising clients that thus has been done and despite being paid for invoices issued for doing the work.
Penalties cannot be appealed until the late tax returns are submitted and penalties will continue to increase until these returns are submitted.
If this affects you, please bring in the penalty notice and any relevant information immediately. We cannot promise to have the penalty waived, but we will submit the outstanding returns and lodge our very best appeal against the penalties.
